Moldelectrica, the state-owned enterprise of Moldova, notified consumers about network failures in the joint energy system with Ukraine. On August 26, the company announced this on Facebook (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

«Moldelectrica reports disruptions in the energy system of the Ukraine—Moldova common block,» the publication says.

At the moment, an air alert continues to operate throughout Ukraine, with the exception of the Odessa region.

Earlier in the day, Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that power outages were observed in a number of districts of the city. In addition, a violation of the water supply was also noticed on the right bank of Kiev.

On the same day, Ukrainian media reported that explosions had occurred in Kiev, Kharkiv, Krivoy Rog and Dnipro. An air alert was declared throughout Ukraine. The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on this information.

Earlier, on August 20, it was reported about damage to infrastructure facilities in the part of the Zaporozhye region controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
