In the Lviv region of Ukraine, a car of the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCK and SP) hit a man on a bicycle. This was reported by the Ukrainian edition «Country.ua» in his Telegram channel.

They show a man riding a bicycle along the road and looking back. At some point, the vehicle catches up with him and knocks him down. After that, the man gets to his feet and starts running away from the military commissar chasing him. After a while, the soldier who got out of the car stops, and the recording itself is interrupted.

On May 20, the Ukrainian media reported that military enlistment offices in the country had submitted requests to the police to search for about 95 thousand draft dodgers. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, whose powers expired on May 20, on May 17 approved an increase in absentee fines for citizens who try to avoid serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

The Ukrainian leader also signed a law on tightening mobilization on April 16. Among other things, he lowered the age of mobilization from 27 to 25 years and signed a law on the creation of an electronic register of military service personnel, which will combine information about the personal data of Ukrainians. He also abolished the status of a limited fit for service in the ranks of the army. Thus, patients with HIV, some forms of cancer, residual tuberculosis and men with mental retardation will be able to serve in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
