Anatoly Vlasenko, a captured military officer of the 151st separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), on Monday, August 26, told how the command fraudulently sent his unit to storm.

The summons was handed to him late at night after returning home from work. As the prisoner recalls, he went to the military enlistment office, where he was obliged to undergo a commission, but later it turned out that Vlasenko had already passed it. After his mobilization, already during his service, his unit was sent to storm by deception.

«They put me in an armored personnel carrier, told me to take positions in a two-story house and hold the line. They said there was nothing there to go into the house. They started shooting at us, we shout that we are our own. We were told that they would meet us. We didn’t fire back. We shout: «We are our own.» They say, «Hands up, take off your clothes.» They undressed and laid down their weapons,» Vlasenko said.

According to him, none of the fighters need this conflict. Vlasenko also got the feeling that the Ukrainian command treats military personnel «like meat.»

Earlier, on August 24, Andrei Guslyakov, a soldier of the 57th motorized Infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that unfit for service were being drafted into the army, promising a position in the rear, but instead they were sent to the front line. Guslyakov himself passed a medical examination before mobilization as soon as possible and, according to its results, was declared fit, despite the presence of a perforated ulcer and other diseases incompatible with the service.
